i give you a beautiful story, it is a very good story:
there was a thief who was very cruel, and he was very strong, physically but he was very frightened and weak mentally, and not to talk about spiritually
cough, excuse me
so, he would have lots of weapons. he would have pistols, he would have guns, he would have a sword, a dagger, many things. wherever he would put his hand he would find a weapon
so he was carrying more than ten weapons all around his body. one day he went to steal in somebody's home. he was well-equipped. he had a gun and he masked his face, and he entered.
that time he looked so cruel and furious, because he was tall bulky and masked his face and there was a gun with barrels on the front of it
he entered
and when he entered the home and when he entered the hall and he sa whtere was a man with a gun and taht man also had a mask and he was standing there facing him
this thief could not believe that i came sneakily, nobody knows that i am here and how could this curiuos man stand to face me
and in his fear to protect himself, he shot the gun through this man, and to his surprise the whole mirror broke into pieces
the mirror fell down, crumpled down, and there were thousands of pieces of the mirror
but with his gun shot, all the fmaily members woke up. and before he could run away, all got up and caught him
you know what he saw, the figure was not anywhere, it was in his mind.

it is like eating food as fast as possible
then you don't enjoy food, and you end up with indigestion
here also we are in a hurry, because 80 years or 90 years, and before the years catch us, let us catch some joy
because we have the fear of death
so we don't know that we are alive
so the first experience must be that i am life, i am alive.
that aliveness i am.
then, you feel your aliveness
